Whether you’re just exploring plant-based eating or looking to elevate your skills, Anita’s warm, down-to-earth guidance makes the kitchen a fun and inspiring place to be.

What You'll Learn
Classes are customizable based on your interests and dietary preferences. Anita offers three style options:
  • Vegetarian Cooking
    Incorporating ethically sourced eggs, dairy, and/or honey for guests who enjoy a flexible approach to plant-forward living
  • Vegan Cooking
    100% plant-based meals without any animal products—flavorful, filling, and great for those reducing animal consumption or managing health goals
  • Forks Over Knives Style Cooking
    Based on the popular whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) method—no oil, no refined sugar, minimal processing. Ideal for heart health, weight balance, and disease prevention

Classes are hands-on, fun, and always include time to sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve created—together.

Class Details
  • Maximum Group Size: 6 people
  • Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours
  • Location: On-site at the sanctuary 
  • Includes: All ingredients, recipes, cooking tools, and a shared meal

Pricing:
  • Private Class (1 person) – $125
  • 2–3 People – $95 per person
  • 4–6 People – $80 per person
Discounts available when booked with a retreat package or bundled with another activity (e.g., yoga or painting).
