🧘♀️ Yoga at the Sanctuary – Movement, Healing, and Animal Connection 🐴🌿
Experience a truly unique yoga session in the tranquil surroundings of Angel’s Animal Sanctuary, where nature, healing, and animal energy come together in perfect harmony.
Held outdoors under our covered pavilion, you'll enjoy the comfort of fans and a gentle breeze, with serene views of our rescued animals grazing peacefully in nearby pastures. It’s not uncommon for a curious goat, horse, or pig to wander over and share the energy with you during your practice!
Our sessions are led by Anita Keese Barbara, who brings over 20 years of yoga experience and has studied with yogis in both Thailand and India. Her teaching is grounded, gentle, and welcoming to all levels of experience.
✨ Following yoga, Dr. Angel will share a quick wellness mini-lesson on using kinesiology taping, massage, and other self-care techniques to:
- Support recovery
- Relieve pain or strain
- Prevent future injuries
With the combined wisdom of your instructors, the healing ambiance of the sanctuary, and the calming presence of the animals, this is guaranteed to be a yoga experience unlike any other.

- Month runs on calendar months; unused classes don’t roll over
- 2-hour cancellation window when possible
- Bring a mat, water, and arrive 10 minutes early
