Bridal Party Room and Courtyard: 

Before the ceremony, the bride and her closest friends will enjoy full access to our private Pool House Bridal Suite, a serene and luxurious space designed for relaxation, connection, and getting ready in comfort and style.
This elegant suite includes:

• A private full bathroom, allowing the bridal party to get ready without interruption or needing to share space with guests or vendors.
• A large closet and dressing area, perfect for hanging gowns, storing accessories, and creating those classic “getting ready” photo moments.
• A coffee and tea station, along with a mini refrigerator stocked with refreshments, providing all-day access to beverages and light snacks.
• Plush seating and lounge areas that make for the perfect pre-ceremony hangout or quiet moment with loved ones.

Beyond the suite, the bride and her party have access to the enclosed private courtyard, which features:

• A heated pool and spa, offering a peaceful and picturesque space for unwinding or taking beautiful, relaxed photos.
• Multiple outdoor seating areas, ideal for sipping mimosas, journaling, or soaking in the moment before walking down the aisle.

This space is completely separate from the groom’s party and offers a quiet, private, and pampering environment for the bride and her inner circle to prepare for the most important day of her life.

Groom's Arcade and Prep Room: 

While the bride and her party relax in the serene pool house, the groom and his closest friends will enjoy their own private retreat in our fully equipped Groom’s Lounge—a one-of-a-kind space that blends laid-back luxury with nostalgic fun.
This spacious and stylish suite includes:

• A private bathroom, allowing the groom and his groomsmen to get ready comfortably without having to leave the lounge area.
• A cozy leather couch and bar area, perfect for toasting to the day ahead or kicking back between games.
• A collection of classic arcade games and entertainment, including:
  • Four premium pinball machines on free play: Black Knight, Elvira, Jurassic Park, and Led Zeppelin
  • A vintage-style Packman machine loaded with over 50 retro games, bringing out the kid in everyone
  • A dart board for a bit of friendly pre-wedding competition

Just outside, the groom’s party can unwind in a private outdoor sitting area overlooking the sanctuary’s peaceful horse pastures, creating a perfect mix of rustic views and relaxed vibes.

• Mini Horse or Donkey Greeters – $500
  Includes two sweet and photogenic animals to greet guests during cocktail hour. Supervised, photo-friendly, and dressed for the occasion.

Luxury Overnight Retreats:  Extend the magic and stay in comfort before or after your big day.

• Nightly Rental of the Pool House (2 guests) – $425/night
  Includes private use of the bridal suite and access to the heated pool, spa, and courtyard. Ideal for a romantic post-wedding retreat.
• Groom’s Lounge Late-Night Upgrade – $150
  Keep the game room open an additional 2 hours post-event for late-night fun with friends (pinball, bar, and darts included).
