Yoga at the Sanctuary – Flow, Breathe, and Connect

Yoga at the sanctuary is more than just movement—it's a journey into balance, nature, and deep connection. Led by Anita Keese Barbara, a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of personal practice and training across Asia (including India), each class is designed to nourish both body and spirit.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Anita’s gentle, intuitive teaching style creates a space where everyone feels supported. Her global perspective brings a soulful depth to each session, blending traditional asanas with mindfulness and breathwork.
Depending on the weather and group size, classes may be held in different inspiring locations around the sanctuary—from shaded pastures to hilltop overlooks. Regardless of the setting, you're always guaranteed breathtaking views and the unique joy of gentle animal interactions. Don’t be surprised if a curious rooster or a serene horse chooses to join your practice.

Anita is a trained yoga instructor with a rich background in holistic wellness and expressive arts. Originally from South Africa, she brings a grounded, intuitive presence to each session, weaving together gentle yoga, breathwork, and vibrational sound healing to guide your body and spirit into alignment.

Set up a Yoga Class

Prices:

Private or Group Sessions by Appointment
  • 1 to 10 participants
  • Held in a peaceful, nature-rich setting (indoors or outdoors, weather permitting)
  • Yoga mats, props, and tuning forks provided

Pricing (Per Session):
  • Private Session (1 person) – $80
  • Small Group (2–4 people) – $65 per person
  • Group (5–10 people) – $50 per person
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Come as you are—no flexibility or experience required. These sessions are about coming home to your body, reconnecting with your breath, and leaving with a calmer, clearer state of being.
