June
June is a female cockatiel who was surrendered to a veterinary practice when her owner was unable to pay for her care. At the time June was suffering from malnutrition and other ailments. June was used a breeding female and had several offspring. June is now very happy and healthy living here in our bird aviary at the sanctuary. June's best friend is another female cockatiel named Johnny. June can fly but she prefers to walk around with Johnny since she can not fly due to an amputated wing.
